Return Policy

We offer a 30-day, no hassel money back guarantee on any item purchased (except specially ordered items) from our website providing the following conditions are met:

1. Must be in its original packaging and in mint condition
2. You must include a copy of your original invoice to ensure proper credit
3. All returns over $150.00 must have prior approval before returning, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
4. All items are returned to A&K Hobby at the buyer's expense and include insurance on the package for the value of the merchandise being returned

Please send us a brief e-mail, letting us know what item is being returned and your shipping method.  We will then provide the return shipping address. Once it has arrived, we will return the email with confirmation of its arrival.  At that time, we will issue the proper credit.  Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to the credit card.  Items purchased with a check or money order, will receive a refund check or an in house credit (your choice).

Damaged Items

All damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please save all the packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.
