A&K hobby Layaway Plan PolicyA&K hobby is now offering a new program designed specifically with our customers in mind; the layaway plan. We have added some features to our website to allow our registered customers to purchase items and make installment payments towards their order. When placing an order, choose the "Layaway Plan" payment option provided in the ordering process. The first payment must be 10% of your total purchase price in order to reserve the items you purchased. After the first payment is made, you may send in any amount you wish to be applied to your order total. Payments can be made by check, money order, or Paypal. Please remember to reference the order number on your payment. When payment has been received, an email will be sent to the address you have provided for notification of payment being applied to your account. We will also provide additional information regarding your new balance. Once the order has been paid for, the items will be shipped and notification of their estimated arrival time will be sent to your registered email address (if applicable). We request that a payment be made at least every 30 days to your account. If this is not possible, please send us an email and let us know.

Each order must be paid for in its entirety within a 6 month period of time and and a maximum of 8 trucks. You will be sent notification as a friendly reminder during the last 30 days of your layaway expiration date.

Only 1 layaway can be open at a time. However, you are free to place additional orders for other items on the website using one of the other available payment options.

If you are an established customer with A&K, we are willing to work with you to divide your order into 2 shipments before final payment is made.

Any layaway cancellation will be charged a 10% restocking and administration fee.
We are offering this option to you, our valued customers, in order to allow collectors to purchase the items they want without the pain of having the cost hit your budget at once. We hope you will find our layaway program very helpful and a valuable addition to our customer service.
